November21 started with Bean.

Bean is our toy poodle. He goes on a lot of walks, in a lot of weather, wearing a lot of different harnesses. And after every single one, the same thing — knots under the straps, coat tangled where the harness had been sitting all day.

We should probably brush him more. We don't. Regular grooming is for very dedicated people, and we are many things, but we are not those people. What we are is practical. We wanted dog walk gear that worked with real life, not against it.

So we started looking for a harness designed for dogs with hair — something with softer materials, smarter construction, something that actually understood what long and fine coats need. We couldn't find exactly what we were looking for. So we made it.

We're Victoria and our designer friend, Cristian, based in Berlin. Victoria comes from product management — building things people actually use every day. Cristian brings the eye for what those things should look and feel like. Together we spent months getting it right. We measured real dogs — friends, neighbours, everyone who would let us near their dog with a tape measure. We built prototypes. We walked. We adjusted. We walked some more.

The first collection came together slowly and deliberately. Bright design, practical construction, materials tested to EU safety standards. Something we'd actually put on Bean.

This is just the start. We're building a full line for dogs with hair — and the people who love their daily walks with them.
